Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. You'll keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my newsletters if I downgrade?
If you downgrade to a plan with fewer newsletter slots, we'll keep your newest newsletters active up to the new limit and pause the rest. You can choose which to keep from your dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any new subscription. After that, you can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe.
Is my data safe?
We only read public repository metadata through the GitHub API. We never access your source code. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
What's the difference between the AI models?
Free and Pro use Claude Sonnet, which produces great articles. Team uses Claude Opus, Anthropic's most capable model, which writes more nuanced, detailed, and higher-quality content.
